  • Garlic soup serves as good remedy for stomach gas. For its preparation take little garlic with black pepper, coriander seeds and little water. Boil all these and use it in two doses.
  • Add yogurt in your break fast, it will surely aid in your digestion because it contain many digestive bacteria which helps much in the process.
  • Ginger roots are also helpful in intestinal digestion and ease the discomfort due to intestinal gas. It stimulates the digestive enzymes and secretion of saliva.
  • Coconut water is also very much effective in intestinal gas problem.
  • Parsley herb is another effective home remedy and helpful in expelling the gas. It also freshen breathe.
  • Celery seeds are also helps in digestion, reduce the intestinal gas and alleviate the nervous stomach. After each meal chew some celery seeds and it will release the blocked gas from bloating stomach.
  • Garlic and ginger combination is also effective in stomach gas.
  • Daily intake of tomato salad is also effective to get rid from stomach gas. If the black salt is sprinkled over it will become yummy and more effective.
  • Boil some cinnamon powder in glass of water and take it 20- 30 minutes after the meal. It will stop the formation of stomach gas.
